Attorneys from Byrd & Byrd, LLC were in front of Maryland’s highest court, the Court of Appeals, this week.  The firm is participating in a class action suit challenging the way speed cameras are used in Montgomery County. Attorney Tim Leahy, featured on Channel 9 news reports this week, is one of the firm’s attorneys involved, along with Toby Byrd, Joshua Winger and Brian Ritter.  Byrd & Byrd, LLC is working diligently to ensure the Respondent governments are accountable for their illegal execution of the law permitting speed camera systems.
