PATRICIA CLEARY

Patricia has been practicing law since 1998 and has vast experience in all aspects of civil litigation. She earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore, cum laude, and joined Byrd & Byrd as of counsel in 2017. While she currently devotes most of her practice to personal injury, family law, and complex civil litigation, Patty brings an extensive background in business and real estate matters to the firm. She also enjoys providing legal consultation and representation to a variety of business and not for profit organizations. Patty is a member of the Maryland bar and District of Columbia bar and has spent many years teaching first year law students and rising paralegals.
Patty was born and raised in Prince George’s County and she now calls Frederick County home. When not working, Patty and her husband enjoy spending time at their house on the shore, listening to local live music and watching Washington Commanders football.
